In case anyone missed this monumental announcement…the SEC has unofficially declared war on DeFi

So what does this mean for the space in general?

As of now, it’s hard to say. What we know for sure is that Uniswap has a long, winding road ahead of them.

However, we can all find a bit of solace in knowing that the battle is now happening in the open (well, at least part of it is). Hopefully this case will eventually lead to more clarity overall for the DeFi regulation.

Either way, we salute Hayden and the folks at Uniswap, for standing their ground and fighting the good fight. 🫡
